Lateral Partner — Corporate, Litigation & IP (Northern Virginia)

Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join a growing Northern Virginia office. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate transactions, complex litigation and intellectual property work, supporting clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established, cross-practice team handling M&A, capital markets and technology-driven matters; work will include both transactional and contentious mandates and involve collaboration with domestic and international colleagues.

Firm seeks a partner with a portable practice or strong client relationships and a track record of originating and driving matters. This is an opportunity to help expand regional capability while leveraging global platform resources.

• Partner-level experience in corporate transactions, complex commercial litigation and/or IP litigation/transactions
• Demonstrated business development and client origination ability; portable client relationships preferred
• Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients on M&A and capital markets matters
• Qualified to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); strong leadership and team collaboration skills
