The role will involve advising sophisticated corporate clients on M&A, governance and related transactional matters, and partnering with litigators on disputes arising from strategic transactions.

The position suits a rainmaking partner with a portable practice who will originate and develop client relationships and work collaboratively across practice groups. The team offers access to cross-border resources and an established platform for handling complex, high‑value matters.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A, corporate governance and transactional work.
Demonstrable history of client origination and a portable book of business appropriate for a partner hire.
Ability to work closely with litigation teams on transactional disputes and litigation risk mitigation.
Admitted to practice in California or eligible for admission; strong communication and team leadership skills.
