Lateral Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Los Angeles

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand a combined corporate and commercial litigation practice in the Los Angeles office. The role is focused on growing both high-value transactional work and major commercial disputes across target sectors.

Priority will be given to established teams or partners able to bring a portable, client-driven practice; the group is particularly active in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive-related matters. The team works closely with offices across the U.S. and key international markets.

• Proven partner-level experience handling both complex M&A/transactional matters and commercial litigation.
• Track record of originating and managing significant client relationships; portability of an established practice preferred.
• Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
• Ability and willingness to lead or join a cohesive team rather than moving as an isolated hire.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong trial and transactional skills.
