Leading international firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to grow an established corporate and commercial litigation practice in its Minneapolis office. The role will combine high-value transactional work with complex commercial litigation, and will work across regulated and technology-led sectors.

The team prefers to hire groups or partners with a demonstrable, portable practice and track record of originating or leading major matters. The role will focus on expanding transactional volume and handling significant commercial disputes for national and cross-border clients.

Partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation.
Proven history of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal or litigation teams.
Portable practice or demonstrable book of business at partner level; preference for group moves or partners who can substantially grow local transactional capacity.
Experience advising clients in sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and admitted to appear in federal courts as needed.
