Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business required.
Admitted to practice in New York (or ability to qualify) with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.
Experience advising on M&A, corporate governance and related transactional work; strong litigation or dispute-handling experience a plus.
