Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation — New York

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its New York platform across high-value corporate transactions and commercial litigation. The role will involve both originating and executing complex M&A, private equity and finance matters while also managing substantial commercial disputes.

Ideal candidates will have sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and/or automotive industries and a track record working on cross‑border matters. The team is prioritizing group moves and candidates who can scale transactional volume and dispute capabilities.

• Established partner or team with a demonstrable portable practice and proven client relationships (teams encouraged).
• Deep experience handling high‑value corporate transactions (M&A, PE, finance) and/or complex commercial litigation.
• Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive.
• Admission to the New York bar (or ability to gain admission) and extensive experience on cross‑border matters.
• Preference for candidates with a stable move history; firm is cautious about frequent prior moves.
