Top-tier international firm seeking a lateral partner to expand its New York corporate and litigation platform. The role supports high-value commercial litigation and complex corporate transactions across private equity, venture capital and M&A matters.

Priority will be given to established teams or partners with a demonstrable, portable practice; the group seeks candidates who can contribute immediate transactional or litigation capacity and who have sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.

There is a strategic focus on growing markets in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany; practitioners comfortable operating across those jurisdictions and collaborating with cross-border teams are preferred.

Partner-level experience in commercial litigation and/or corporate transactions (PE, VC, M&A).
Proven portable practice or significant client relationships; preference for team moves or partners who can immediately augment deal and dispute volume.
Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive.
Track record of cross-border work and collaboration with international teams; limited prior firm hops preferred.
