Lateral Partner — Corporate & Litigation, Palo Alto

Lead partner opportunity in a top-tier international law practice seeking an experienced corporate and litigation partner to join its Palo Alto office. The role combines transactional work (M&A, corporate governance, other corporate matters) with handling significant commercial or complex litigation matters.

The firm is looking for a senior hire who can originate and grow client relationships, integrate into cross-border teams, and help develop the local office’s corporate-litigation offering. This is a partner-level role for candidates with a portable practice and demonstrable client origination experience.

• Established partner with significant experience in both corporate transactions (M&A, corporate governance, transactional work) and commercial/complex litigation.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice required.
• Experience working on cross-border matters and collaborating with international teams.
• Strong leadership, business development skills, and ability to mentor junior lawyers.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in California.
