Established international law firm is seeking a partner to expand its San Francisco corporate and commercial litigation capabilities. The role is focused on bringing a portable practice or joining as part of a small team to grow transactional volume and handle significant commercial disputes across multiple industries.

Work will be cross-border and sector-focused, with priority given to candidates experienced in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive matters. The team serves major U.S. and international markets and collaborates closely with colleagues in other key jurisdictions.

Partner-level track record in corporate transactions and/or complex commercial litigation.
Proven client relationships and ability to originate business; preference for candidates arriving with a portable practice or as part of an established team.
Experience across one or more target sectors: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive.
Strong cross-border experience and comfort coordinating matters with colleagues in other jurisdictions.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and customary regulatory clearances.
