Leading international law firm seeks an experienced partner to expand its Silicon Valley corporate and commercial litigation capability. The role will advise growth-oriented and established clients on M&A, private equity, venture capital matters and related high-value commercial disputes across technology and adjacent sectors.

The team is prioritizing group hires and leaders who can grow transactional volume and litigation bench strength. Candidates should demonstrate a portable partner practice and an ability to originate and deepen client relationships across the U.S. and select international markets.

Established partner with significant experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and commercial litigation
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements and leading deal or litigation teams
Comfort working across technology and sector-specialist clients (e.g., life sciences, financial services, energy, automotive)
Willingness to consider a team move; strong preference for candidates with a demonstrable portable practice
