Established partner with substantial M&A and corporate transactional experience
Proven track record of originating and leading complex deals and managing client relationships
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor associates and collaborate with cross‑office teams
Admission to practice in California (or ability to become admitted) and strong professional references
