Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Abu Dhabi

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Abu Dhabi with a global full-service firm. The role focuses on cross-border M&A, private equity and capital markets work for regional and international clients, with frequent collaboration across offices and practice teams.

The firm seeks a partner who will lead mandate origination, manage deal execution, and mentor senior associates. The role offers a platform to build and run a portable practice focused on transactional work across the United Arab Emirates and the wider region.

• Established partner with a strong corporate transactional background (M&A, private equity and/or capital markets)
• Proven originator with a portable practice / demonstrable client relationships
• Experience leading cross-border deals and managing teams on complex transactions
• Admitted or qualified in a common-law jurisdiction; regional/local licensure or ability to obtain it desirable
• Commercial approach, excellent client-facing and business development skills
