The role sits on a broad national and international corporate platform that handles deals for technology, life sciences, financial services and energy clients, with complementary work in emerging growth and private equity.

The firm is seeking a partner who can lead transactions, develop client relationships and grow a team. The position will be focused on buy- and sell-side M&A, issuer-side and transactional capital markets work, and related commercial and technology-driven corporate matters.

This is a business-development‑oriented role with access to cross-practice support from litigation, IP and finance teams across the platform.

Established partner with a demonstrable track record leading M&A and capital markets transactions.
Proven ability to originate and grow client work; a portable book of business is preferred.
Experience advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy sector clients is desirable.
