Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Atlanta corporate group and grow a transactional M&A practice. The role will focus on leading deals, advising strategic and private equity clients, and supervising a team of associates on cross-border and domestic transactions.

The firm is looking for a partner with an entrepreneurial mindset who can develop client relationships, originate work, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record is desirable.

Proven partner-level experience in corporate M&A and transactional work
Track record of client origination and relationship development; portable business welcome
Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring associates
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
