A well-established Canadian full-service firm is seeking experienced lateral partners to strengthen its Edmonton office. The primary focus is on adding a senior Corporate/M&A partner with an active portable practice; a top-tier candidate will be well-known in the market and able to help grow the local corporate platform.

There is also a secondary opening for a senior Bankruptcy & Insolvency partner with an established reputation and portable clients. The office is opportunistically interested in experienced mid-level M&A associates as support hires.

Partner-level candidates (Lateral Partner) with a demonstrable track record in Corporate/M&A or Bankruptcy & Insolvency.
Portable practice / book of business required for partner roles; established client relationships and market reputation expected.
Senior experience preferred (senior partner track record); strong commercial judgement, client development skills and cultural fit.
Opportunistic interest in experienced M&A associates (approx. mid-level experience) as support hires.
