Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A — Boston

Experienced corporate partner sought to join a well-established, full-service international law firm’s Boston office. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising corporate clients on deal execution and governance.

The team handles a broad range of corporate work; the hire will be expected to originate and manage engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices and offices on cross-border transactions.

• Substantial partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and transactional work.
• Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable business welcomed.
• Track record leading deals and supervising teams on complex transactions.
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or eligibility) and excellent commercial judgment and communication skills.
