Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Boulder

Senior corporate partner role with a well-established national firm’s Boulder office. The team handles domestic and cross-border transactional work across M&A, private company deals and corporate governance matters.

This position is for an experienced partner who will lead client engagements, mentor junior lawyers and help grow a transactional practice in the region. A portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome.

• Proven track record as a corporate/M&A partner handling complex transactional matters
• Experience leading deal teams, client relationship management and business development
• Comfort with cross-border and domestic transactions and corporate governance issues
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to qualify
