Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlantic City office to strengthen corporate, M&A and capital markets capability. The role will support a broad transactional practice that includes private M&A, issuer-side capital markets and emerging-growth/technology company work.

The team serves cross-border and domestic clients across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy, and collaborates closely with related practices including finance, IP and litigation. The hire will be expected to lead transactions, mentor junior lawyers and work with firm leadership to grow regional client relationships.

Proven partner-level track record in corporate/M&A and capital markets work.
Demonstrable experience originating and leading complex transactions and managing deal teams.
Industry experience with technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients preferred.
Strong client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
