Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to expand its Philadelphia corporate practice with a focus on M&A and capital markets. The role will sit at the intersection of corporate transactions, healthcare and life‑sciences work, and technology-related deals and IP matters.

The successful hire will join an established national and international platform working on cross-border and domestic transactional matters, including private equity, emerging growth and technology‑sector clients. This is an opportunity to lead a team, grow a portable practice and collaborate with sector-focused lawyers across offices.

Partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets, with a strong record advising corporate, private equity or issuer-side clients
Experience in healthcare and life‑sciences or technology sector transactions and related IP/licensing issues
Proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; a demonstrable portable practice or book of business is preferred
Track record of leading deal teams and working on cross‑border matters; excellent client management and business development skills
