Leading global law firm seeks an experienced partner to join its New York corporate team, with a focus on M&A, private equity and capital markets. The role will support a high-growth platform that integrates healthcare, life sciences, technology and IP capabilities across the firm.

We are looking for a proven rainmaker or practice leader to expand transaction work and cross‑practice opportunities with technology and IP litigation teams. Portable business is welcomed; the position offers the chance to build a larger practice within an established international platform.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in M&A and capital markets.
Track record advising life sciences, healthcare, technology or financial services clients; experience with technology transactions and IP-related commercial issues desirable.
Demonstrable client origination/portable practice or clear ability to develop client relationships.
Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work in New York.
