Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A / Capital Markets, Seattle

Senior hire to lead and expand a corporate practice from the firm’s Seattle office, with a focus on M&A and capital markets. The role will work across corporate, finance and technology matters and collaborate closely with litigators and IP specialists on transactional and dispute-related issues.

Ideal for a partner with an established, portable practice or demonstrable ability to originate and grow client relationships in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy. The position offers access to a broad national and international platform to support cross-border work and market-facing mandates.

• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side and PE experience valued).
• Track record advising technology, life sciences, financial services or energy clients on complex transactions.
• Ability to originate or bring a portable practice and to develop client relationships.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong deal management and team leadership skills.
