Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A / Capital Markets — Short Hills

Leading international law firm is expanding its corporate presence in Short Hills and seeks a senior partner to join a growing cross‑practice platform. The role will support and develop work in corporate/M&A, capital markets and related transactional areas, with collaboration across technology, life‑sciences and private equity practices.

The team handles strategic transactions and related contentious work, including IP‑related disputes and deal‑adjacent litigation. The office is investing in growth and seeks a partner who can both originate work and integrate with national and global deal teams.

Portable practice welcomed: candidates with an established, transferable book of business and a record of leading complex transactions or capital markets engagements are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner or equivalent with a strong corporate/M&A and capital markets track record
• Experience advising on private equity, technology or life‑sciences transactions preferred
• Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships across offices and practice groups
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work on cross‑border matters
