Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to join a large global practice and help lead growth in corporate M&A, private equity and capital markets work out of the Washington, D.C. office. The role will also interface with healthcare and life‑sciences, technology and financial‑services clients and coordinate cross‑practice matters including technology transactions and IP litigation/transactional work.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and originate client opportunities, work across regional offices and lead complex transactions and issuer-side capital markets matters. A portable partner practice or demonstrable ability to build a book of business is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A, private equity and/or capital markets.
• Experience advising healthcare/life sciences, technology or financial-services clients preferred.
• Proven track record of originating business and leading cross‑functional deal teams; portable practice preferred.
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and experience working on complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions.
