Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Capital Markets) — Wilmington

Growing international firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand a corporate practice from its Wilmington office. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy clients, with complementary experience in technology transactions and IP-related disputes welcome.

The successful candidate will help build and manage a team, originate and execute complex transactions, and work across the firm’s national and international platform. The firm prefers group moves but will consider strong individual partners with a portable practice.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A and/or capital markets transactions
• Portable client relationships or demonstrated origination capability
• Sector experience in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy preferred
• Experience with technology transactions and/or IP litigation is a plus; ability to lead and grow a team
