Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A) — Century City

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a major national firm’s Century City office. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional matters, advising boards and senior management on governance and strategic transactions.

We are seeking an experienced deal lawyer who will build and broaden a substantial transactional practice in the Los Angeles market. The position offers partner-level responsibilities including originations, client relationship management, and mentoring of junior lawyers.

• Established partner or senior corporate lawyer with significant M&A/transactional experience
• Proven track record leading complex deals and corporate governance matters
• Ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred
• Active bar admission and strong interpersonal/leadership skills
