Lateral Partner — Corporate M&A, Century City

Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Century City corporate team to lead and grow a transactional M&A practice. The role focuses on sell- and buy-side domestic and cross-border deals and high-value corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will have an established portable practice and be expected to originate and manage client relationships while mentoring junior lawyers. This is a front‑office partner role with significant deal responsibility and visibility within the firm’s West Coast corporate platform.

• Proven partner-level M&A/transactional experience
• Established, portable client relationships and a demonstrated ability to originate work
