Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Charleston

Growing national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Charleston corporate team. The role will focus on M&A and transactional work, advising companies on corporate governance and complex deal execution.

The successful candidate will have an established, client-facing practice, experience leading transactions from diligence through closing, and the ability to mentor junior lawyers. There is flexibility to bring a portable practice or book of business and help grow the regional platform.
