The team handles complex buy- and sell-side transactions and ongoing corporate advisory matters. The office offers significant platform support, national deal flow, and collaboration with sector-focused lawyers across the firm.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
Proven ability to originate and lead complex deals and advise boards on governance matters.
Track record of business development; portable practice welcome and will be considered.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Charlotte office.
