Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A — Chemnitz

Leading German commercial firm seeks a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Chemnitz. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and transactional matters across domestic and cross-border assignments.

The position is an opportunity to build and lead a portable corporate practice, contribute to business development and mentor junior lawyers. The team offers a collaborative environment and market-facing mandate work.

• Qualified to practice in Germany (admitted attorney) with partner-level corporate/M&A experience
• Proven track record on domestic and cross-border transactions and corporate governance matters
• Demonstrable business development skills; a portable practice or client relationships are highly desirable
• Strong commercial judgment, leadership and team management experience
• Fluent German and strong English language skills; willingness to be based in Chemnitz
