A national, full‑service law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago corporate practice. The role will focus on leading M&A and other transactional matters and advising on corporate governance and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling middle‑to‑large‑market transactions for U.S. and cross‑border clients. This is an opportunity to develop and grow a portable practice within a busy, market‑facing platform in Chicago.

Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
Track record advising on corporate governance and complex commercial transactions.
Proven ability to originate or bring portable client relationships and grow a practice.
Strong leadership, business development, and team management skills; admitted in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to qualify.
