Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Corporate Governance) — Riyadh

Leading international law firm seeks a Partner to join its Riyadh corporate team with a primary focus on mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance. The role will lead deal execution, advise boards and senior management, and develop regional corporate workstreams.

This is a senior hire for a candidate who can run complex cross-border transactions, supervise teams, and act as a visible market-facing adviser. The team advises corporate clients across sectors on M&A, governance, and related corporate matters.

• Established partner or equivalent with significant M&A and corporate governance experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
• Business development experience and ability to originate or bring portable client work.
• Admission to practise in a relevant jurisdiction or eligibility to be admitted in Saudi Arabia; strong regional familiarity preferred.
