Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Dallas

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate practice in Dallas. The role focuses on mergers & acquisitions, transactional matters and corporate governance for middle‑market and strategic clients across industries.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multi‑office practice and play a visible role delivering partner‑level client advice and managing deal teams. There is an expectation of developing and expanding client relationships in the region.

• Established partner track record in M&A and complex corporate transactions
• Proven business development ability and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships
• Strong team leadership and transaction management skills
• Bar admission in Texas (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in the U.S.
