Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate practice in Dallas, focused on mergers & acquisitions, transactional matters and corporate governance. This role will lead client engagements, advise on complex deals and help grow a market-facing corporate team.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional practice and the ability to originate and manage client relationships. The position offers a leadership role within a well-resourced US firm platform and requires collaboration across departments on cross-border and domestic matters.

Established partner-level background in M&A and transactional work, with significant deal experience
Proven client relationship and business-development skills; portable practice preferred
Experience advising on corporate governance and complex commercial transactions
Track record of mentoring and leading associates and participating in firm leadership
Licensed to practice in Texas or eligible for admission
