Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A — Denver

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Denver corporate practice. The role focuses on M&A and complex transactional work, advising strategic and private equity clients across deal execution and corporate governance matters.

The partner will have responsibility for originating and growing business, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers within a collaborative team. Candidates should be comfortable handling a broad range of corporate transactions and contributing to practice development in the region.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions.
• Proven record of originating and managing client matters; portable client relationships welcomed.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising deal teams.
• Juris Doctor and licensed or able to be licensed to practice in Colorado.
