Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver corporate team and expand a high‑value M&A and transactional practice. The role involves handling complex buy‑ and sell‑side deals, cross‑border transactions, and supporting business development across the region.

The hire will have responsibility for originating and managing client relationships, mentoring junior lawyers, and working with practice leaders to grow the local platform. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of client origination is welcome.

Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships (portable practice desirable)
Strong transactional drafting and deal execution skills
Track record of leading teams and mentoring associates
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to qualify
