Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Des Moines

Seeking a senior corporate partner to join a well-established practice in Des Moines. The role focuses on leading M&A and other transactional matters, advising boards and senior management on governance issues, and managing deal execution from diligence through closing.

The successful candidate will run and grow a transactional practice, mentor and supervise associates, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex corporate matters. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability is desirable.

• Established partner-level experience in M&A and transactional work.
• Proven track record of leading deals and managing teams on complex transactions.
• Business development skills and a history of client relationships or a portable practice.
• Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to practice in the United States.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Des Moines.
