Established national law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Des Moines office to lead M&A and transactional work. The role involves managing complex deals, mentoring associates, and collaborating with national practice teams on cross-border and domestic matters.

The firm is looking for a leader who can own client relationships, drive business development in the region, and contribute to a team-oriented, multidisciplinary corporate practice. Portable practice and a demonstrated record of winning and executing transactions are welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional matters.
Demonstrable client development skills; portable practice preferred.
Track record of leading deals and supervising teams through all stages of transactions.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
