Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A) — Doha

Senior corporate partner sought to lead and expand a Doha-based corporate and M&A practice. The role will focus on advising regional and international clients on M&A, corporate governance and related corporate transactions from the firm's Doha office.

This is a leadership position: you will run matters, develop client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and help grow the local practice. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of client origination is welcome.

• Established partner-level experience in corporate/M&A and corporate governance.
• Proven track record of leading transactions and managing teams on complex matters.
• Demonstrable ability to originate and maintain client relationships (portable book of business an advantage).
• Qualified and eligible to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) or able to obtain necessary admission.
