Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Doha

Leading international law firm seeking a Lateral Partner to lead and grow its corporate/M&A capability in Doha. This role is a hands-on leadership position: you will take responsibility for client delivery on major local and regional transactions and ensure continuity on the ground.

The team advises major Qatari corporates, financial institutions and sovereign-owned entities across complex M&A and transactional matters. The successful candidate will combine technical corporate experience with a proven ability to manage and develop a local practice.

• Proven partner-level corporate/M&A experience in Qatar or the Gulf region
• Track record of leading teams on complex transactions and delivering high-quality client service
• Established relationships with major local/regional corporates or financial/sovereign entities; demonstrable client origination or a portable practice
• Strong business development and leadership skills; ability to build and mentor a team locally
