Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A (Dubai)

Senior hire sought to join the Dubai corporate team of a leading international law firm. The role will focus on M&A and private equity work across the Middle East, with opportunities to advise on capital markets and venture capital matters for regional and cross-border transactions.

The firm is looking for an established partner with a portable corporate practice who can help grow and lead mandates in the region. The role involves client development, originating work, and leading deal teams on complex transactions.

This is a senior leadership opportunity within a well-resourced international platform; strong regional experience and an existing network of corporate/private equity relationships are highly valued.

• Lateral partner with demonstrable experience in M&A and private equity; capital markets and venture/VC experience advantageous.
• Proven track record of originating and leading cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
• Portable book of business and ability to develop client relationships in the UAE and wider Middle East.
• Admission in a common law jurisdiction or equivalent international qualification desirable; regional market knowledge preferred.
