Lateral Partner, Corporate (M&A & Emerging Growth) — Redwood City (Silicon Valley)

Senior corporate partner hire to join a busy Silicon Valley office and lead M&A and emerging-growth work for technology and growth-company clients. The role will involve originating and driving transactions, managing high-value client relationships, and mentoring a team of associates and counsel.

This is a portable-practice role: candidates with an established book of business will be considered and there is a pathway to equity partnership over time rather than immediate equity. The team handles sell-side and buy-side M&A, growth financings and general corporate matters for venture-backed and private-company clients.

• Established corporate practice focused on M&A and emerging-growth/technology clients
• Proven track record of originating and managing transactions and client relationships
• Experience supervising deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Juris Doctor and active bar admission in the United States
