Established international law firm is recruiting a partner to lead and expand its Montreal corporate practice, with a focus on M&A and related finance and real estate transactions. The role will involve originating and executing complex deals, advising strategic and financial clients, and collaborating across cross-border teams.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of handling high-value corporate and financing matters, strong client relationships, and the ability to generate and grow a portable practice. The team is open to individual partner hires or team moves.

Partner-level experience in M&A, corporate finance and/or real estate transactions.
Proven client origination and business-development capabilities; portable practice preferred.
Licensed to practise in Canada; Quebec admission or eligibility is an asset.
Ability to work on cross-border transactions and collaborate with international teams.
