Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Fort Myers

Leading national law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its Fort Myers office to lead and grow transactional work. The role will focus on M&A and general corporate transactions, with ongoing responsibility for corporate governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an established corporate practice team and work on market-facing deals for regional and national clients. This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced rainmaker or team leader able to develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

• Established partner with significant transactional/M&A experience.
• Proven track record on corporate governance and general corporate matters.
• Demonstrable client development skills; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
• Bar admission in Florida or eligibility to become admitted.
