Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Fort Myers. The role centers on handling sophisticated M&A and corporate transactional matters and advising corporate clients on governance and deal execution.

The successful candidate will join a broad corporate platform, lead transactions, manage client relationships and help grow a regional practice. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrated origination capability are encouraged to apply.
