Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Fort Wayne

Leading US-based law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate practice in Fort Wayne. The role focuses on leading and growing transactional matters, with responsibility for M&A, corporate governance and related corporate work.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, advising corporate clients across the transaction lifecycle and partnering with office and national practice leadership to develop business in the region.

• Partner-level experience in corporate transactions, with a focus on M&A and transactional work.
• Track record of originating or developing client relationships and the ability to bring a portable practice.
• Strong technical skills in corporate governance, deal execution and negotiation.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience, and admission to practice in the relevant state.
