Lateral Partner — Corporate & M&A, Fort Worth

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a well-established international firm’s Fort Worth office. The role focuses on leading and growing a transactional practice across mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

You will join a team serving middle-market and strategic clients on buy- and sell-side transactions, equity and asset deals, and ongoing corporate governance and commercial matters. The role combines client-facing work, matter management and business development.

• Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and general corporate matters.
• Strong record of leading deals, managing teams and advising boards on governance issues.
• Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to bring or grow portable business.
• Licensed to practice in Texas (or eligible) and able to work from the Fort Worth office.
• Excellent business development, client service and mentoring skills.
