Leading international firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Frankfurt office to develop and lead M&A work across Germany and Europe. The firm is looking for a hands‑on partner who can originate and execute significant M&A mandates, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across practice areas. A portable practice is welcome and will be a key consideration for this hire.

Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and complex corporate transactions
Proven origination ability and client relationships (portable book welcomed)
Experience leading cross‑border deal teams and coordinating with international offices
Fluency in German and English preferred; admitted to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification
