Leading German law practice seeks a lateral partner to join the Frankfurt corporate team. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and transactional work across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will lead deals, advise boards and shareholders, mentor associates and contribute to practice development. There is scope to grow an existing practice and to originate new client work.

Qualified to practise in Germany (admitted or eligible).
Established track record in M&A and corporate transactions; experience advising boards and shareholders.
Proven ability to lead deal teams and mentor junior lawyers.
Business development focus; a portable practice or demonstrable client origination skills desirable.
Fluent German and strong English; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
