Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Frankfurt

Leading international law firm seeks a senior corporate partner to join its Frankfurt office. The role sits within a busy corporate/M&A practice advising on private equity, capital markets and venture capital matters for German and cross-border clients.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice who can contribute immediately to client origination and lead transactions. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team handling sophisticated corporate mandates across the region.

• Senior partner-level experience in corporate law, with a focus on M&A and private equity; experience in capital markets or venture capital is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading cross-border transactions and managing deal teams.
• Established, portable client relationships / book of business and a demonstrable origination record.
• Fluency in German and English preferred; ability to work with international clients and counsel.
