Lateral Partner — Corporate / M&A, Hamburg

Lead and grow a transactional corporate practice from the Hamburg office of a highly regarded German law firm. The role focuses on M&A, corporate governance and general transactional work for domestic and cross-border clients.

The firm seeks an experienced partner to drive origination, manage deal teams and deepen client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable client development track record is expected; the office can be flexible for the right candidate.

• Established partner or counsel with significant transactional M&A experience
• Proven client development and origination skills; portable client relationships desirable
• Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German; strong English proficiency for cross-border matters
• Track record of leading deal teams and managing complex corporate transactions
